[ARTICLE] Hookah Masters and COVID-19 crisis: How has is it affected them? (Brazil, France, Germany, Russia, Spain)
The crisis of COVID-19 has affected all sectors of the economy, but if we focus on the hookah industry, the main victims of this global pandemic are hookah craftsmen and institutions. The full-scale closure of the business has led many employees in the critical economic situation.
We decided to interview six hookah masters from different countries and show how the consequences of the pandemic affected their lives and work.
We asked hookah masters from different countries about the features of their work, what they did during the crisis and a little about their own preferences for hookahs and tobacco. We also asked them what they think about the new service we have launched (in beta) HHH (Hookah Head Hunt) which helps find a job in the hookah industry.
