My name is Panagiotis Misailidis, better known as Shi Chef. I am a passionate Hookah Blogger & Influencer, Hookah Master and Mixologist from Thessaloniki Greece. I have been smoking hookah for the past 7 years and for the last 3 years I have been involved in the hookah industry professionally through different projects. I love trying out new stuff!
