COCOS Lounge bar

Im Elena Vasileva — Co-Founder, Cocos Collection

The driving heart of Cocos Collection—a founder who builds not just venues, but cultures of trust, discipline, and thoughtful care. My leadership blends strategic rigor with a human touch: Im personally mentors teams, codifies standards, and turns everyday service into a predictable promise guests can feel.

I believe hospitality is an act of respect. Under my guidance, **Silk Service** became the brand’s signature: meticulous operations wrapped in warmth, where every detail—light, pace, aroma, flow—protects a guest’s comfort. The same care shapes my team ethos: invite for character, grow through coaching, celebrate mastery, and stand by values when it’s hard.

My ambition is precise and generous: create impeccably cozy lounges that scale love and respect—city by city, night after night. For me, expansion is not about more locations; it’s about multiplying moments of being seen, heard, and welcomed like at home.

Vision: set the benchmark for premium guest experience, build the best place for professional growth, and prove that disciplined excellence can feel like a hug.
